学院简介
　　黑龙江交通职业技术学院是经黑龙江省政府批准、教育部备案的一所公办高等职业技术学院，学院位于黑龙江省第二大城市城齐齐哈尔市，迄今已有65年的办学历史。学院前身是齐齐哈尔铁路运输职工大学，是我国铁路交通专业人才培养基地，是黑龙江省首批骨干高等职业院校建设单位。
　　学院现有土木工程、运输管理、机车车辆、电信工程、机电工程5个专业系。普通高职专科共开设20个专业，主要面向铁道工程、铁道运输、信息技术、装备制造等领域，
　　学校现有全日制高职学生6827名。学院从2001年开始与北京交通大学联合办学，开展现代远程教育，现有远程教育专科、本科学生4658名。
　　学院现有教职工399名，其中教授、副教授86人，已形成了一支热心教育事业、业务水平较高、结构合理的教师队伍。学院教学仪器设备总值4000多万元，校内外实验室、实训基地建设完备。学生通过校内实习、实训和校外顶岗实习，在提升技术应用能力的同时，能够形成良好的职业道德和职业素养。
　　学院按照行业企业的职业标准，与行业企业共同制定专业人才培养方案，实施“2+1”人才培养模式，形成“三融合”的专业人才培养模式，即：教学内容与实际工作相融合、校内培养与企业培养相融合、学生角色与员工角色相融合。
　　学院高度重视毕业生就业工作，毕业生主要面向全路各铁路局、中国中铁股份有限公司、中国铁建股份有限公司、中国交通建设股份有限公司等大型国有企业就业。学院在北京设立了实习就业管理中心，为学生实习就业服务。近三年来，学院毕业生平均就业率达到了95%以上，约有70%的毕业生面向国有大型企业就业，毕业生就业率和就业质量位于全省同类高校前列。

A Brief Introduction of Heilongjiang Communications Polytechnic
　　Heilongjiang Communications Polytechnic is approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government. It is a public vocational and technical college recorded by the Ministry of Education.
　　The College is located in Qiqihar, the second largest city of Heilongjiang Province. It has a history of 65 years which was formerly Qiqihar Railway workers College. It is the training base of railway transportation professionals. It is identified as key vocational college of education constructed mainly among the first group in Heilongjiang Province.
　　There are five departments: civil engineering, transportation management, rolling stock, telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering. Heilongjiang Communications Polytechnic offers 20 vocational specialties, mainly oriented in the field of railway engineering, railway transportation, information technology, equipment manufacturing. The number of full-time vocational students is 6827.We began modern distance education cooperated with Beijing Jiaotong University in 2001. There are 4658 distance education specialist, undergraduate students at present.
　　There are 399 faculty including 86 professors, associate professors in the college. They have formed a dedicated, professional and reasonable teachers' team. The college has complete internal and external laboratory and the training base construction, with teaching equipment worth more than 4000 million, Through school internships, training and after-school post practice, the students improve their ability of technical application, and form a good work ethic and professionalism.
　　The college developing training programs in accordance with the  industry and enterprises professional standards, we have implemented the "2 +1" training mode and the formation of "3 fusion" professional training , namely: the integrations of  teaching content and the actual work, of school  training and enterprise culture, of student roles and staff roles. We have a complete internal and external laboratory and training base. Through internships, training and after-school post practice, students can form a good work ethic and professionalism while enhance the ability to apply technology.
　　The College attaches great importance to the employment of graduates. The graduates work mainly in the Railroad Bureaus around the country, in large state-owned enterprises such as China Railway Group, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, China Communications Construction Company Limited. The college established a internship employment center in Beijing to serve for students internships. In past three years, the average employment rate of our graduates is more than 95%. There are about 70 percent of graduates work in large state-owned enterprises. The employment rate of graduates and the quality of employment are among the first group in the vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province.
